Demonte Smith

Warren Central’s Demonte Smith doesn’t just want to play college football, he wants to play for the United States Army.
Smith said Thursday he’s working to get his standardized tests scores up so he can qualify to enlist at West Point next fall. The Dragons’ senior leads the team in rushing (336 yards) and tackles (32.5) this season.
Smith said he has sent his info to the Army and they’ve “been in touch” with him as well.
